Project Overview

MotorHappy places customers in control of motor management plans. The platform needed to manage the full buying and fulfilment lifecycle online without relying on a salesperson.

We designed and developed an end-to-end eCommerce insurance aggregator for the Motus Group, enabling users to quote, buy, renew, and manage policies directly through the digital platform.

The hardest part was making insurance aggregation feel simple. We broke the journey into reusable decision points, then connected those flows to CRM requirements so customer fulfilment stayed smooth behind the scenes.
